Comrade Baba Latif Ansari, leader of Haqooq-e-Khalq Party is leading the ongoing workers' strike in Faisalabad for fair wages and better working conditions. Following salman akram raja's solidarity visit, Faisalabad Admin. is threatning him and has added his name on a list for arrest.

Instead of ensuring textile workers receive the legally mandated minimum wage, the Punjab government is targeting labour leaders campaigning for workers rights. Factories have been shut for weeks. No such viciously anti-labour regime can bring about an economic revival.

Baba Latif Ansari is an incredible activist friend and organizer of working people not only in Faisalabad but all of Pakistan. We will resist his arrest here in Sindh also!

Alarming visuals of devastation from floods emerging from GB, Buner, Swat, Bajaur & other districts, where dozens have lost their lives & more heavy rains are expected. Need urgent attention & resources for rescue & relief from all tiers of govt for this national emergency.

The situation in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan is devastating. We are in the midst of a climate emergency. The state must mobilise all its resources to provide relief. Youth across the country must also play its role in raising funds. Time to demonstrate solidarity!
