Seit ich Severe bin, crashe ich jeden Tag . Ist das normal am Anfang, wird das wieder besser? Ich geh wirklich nur auf klo, sonst liege ich nur da. #MECFS

Seit 5 Tagen keinen Crash mehr. Ich denke es hat aufgehört. Wilder ritt gewesen, ganze 4 Wochen. On the positive side, hab 6 kg verloren. Jetzt voller Fokus zum wieder moderate werden.
