The public already does not like the recapture process of taking funds from a district and sending them elsewhere. Vouchers will make it worse by taking money from public schools and sending it to be spent with no accountability.

If you love your local public school & don’t think the voucher issue impacts you, consider that Texas has a surplus of funds but will not consider teacher salaries or increasing the allotment UNTIL the legislature addresses vouchers.

Today marks 70 yrs. since the landmark Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education.
