Working with my dad House of Hits Academy this week before Triple Crown Sports East Coast Nationals in Myrtle Beach. We were working on timing and then I took some swings with our ProVelocityBat!

Summer with Lady Lightning Gold Org Account LLG Premier 16U ✅. We ended Triple Crown Sports East Coast Nationals in the Top 8 of 68 teams (6-1 Overall). I had a .400BA, .526OBP, 6H, 1XBH, 1RBI, 1R, 4BB and 1SB. Video: ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Summer Stats: .328/.418/.431 19 H (2 Doubles, 2 Triples) 10 RBI, 12 R, 8 BB, 4 SB (67%) 🚙 to VA, OH, GA (twice) and SC This fall, I’ll be 🏋🏾‍♀️🔙, 👷🏾‍♀️ on my hitting and defense in the dirt AND the grass. I’m trying to be way better a year from now!!

My dad House of Hits Academy got me a -8 Louisville Fastpitch Kryo to see if I could handle it. I already swing a 33”/-9. Not bad! Can’t wait to take it out on the field for BP. 💪🏾 We also work vision training. Seeing the barrel hit the ball at contact. 👷🏾‍♀️

Back in the Gym getting ready for Fall ball.

Worked with House of Hits Academy today learning how to stay hinged and grounded during my swing. This is helping me to stay through the ball instead of swinging around it.
