Please don’t let the digital agenda lead to poor patient experience. Getting a text from a GP giving a diagnosis of a long term condition( which caused concern) and denying a conversation with a GP for a month doesn’t take anyones mental health into consideration

I’ve been in slow recovery from running injury - managed 5 miles today which compared with 6 months ago is terrible but compared with a month ago is outstanding!!!it’s all relative. Enjoy whatever you do today for your mental well-being🏃‍♀️😀

Those of us who work in public services have a duty to act with integrity. If we fail to live up to those standards and if our leaders see such failures as unimportant then our values in public office are torn apart.
