Pffff, PostNL klantenservice bellen voor een pakket dat je zelf gestuurd hebt, 45 minuten in de wacht en komt iemand aan de PostNL business Bali bij je op het werk. Met een vraag waar je de retail klantenservice voor nodig hebt. Die bellen, in 5 min klaar. En op nieuw bellen. 🤦‍♀️
