Used Uber & Lyft for the 1st time on this trip & both disappointed. Worst: @uber driver never showed even though I put in the request hours in advance and got a confirmation. We got another ride, thankfully, but the lack of customer relations at Uber and Lyft is unacceptable

Praying for crisis-free holidays for all of my School PR friends.. knowing that it’s not always a “silent night” over break. 2 years ago (in ‘21) my district faced 2 tragedies over breaks: a wildfire during Winter Break & a mass shooting during Spring Break. Relax but stay ready.
