Just popped into the @theeledonhouse on the way home from cricket…. They’ve just had a party for 70 not turn up….. how do people think that is the right thing to do…. Great pubs like this will just disappear if we don’t support them…. Not happy!

Bought tickets to do the Stadium tour with my kids FC Barcelona but couldn’t go as easyJet cancelled the flight at the last minute. Sent numerous e mails to try and get a refund but not getting any joy from them. Anybody else had this problem and managed to resolve it?

Spent 10 minutes after the game explaining to the kids that whether you win or loose, whatever the sport you shake hands and look your opponent in the eye, congratulate or commiserate….. but you do not just walk off like a petulant child. IMO!

Just finished reading Geoff Twentyman new book. Did it in 3 nights…. It’s genuinely a great read about …. Well a Top Man! I really enjoyed it, apart from the emotional bits which were really …. Emotional!! I highly recommend it.
