Large datasets on trials to mastery given classwide math intervention- mult (0-9 & 0-12) is one of the most rapidly mastered skills in grades 3-5. Subtraction & Division are much slower to master in weeks to mastery on validated assessments given standard intervention.

In a presentation last Saturday, someone asked the presenter whether mastery of math facts becomes harder as children get older, in the range of K-12, that answer is no. If anyone wants to see data on that question grades K-12, private message me.
