It is dishonest to conflate 'something something we will tell you later' with facts and evidence that are now being presented in courtrooms across America against Trump. There isn't a 'precedent to be turned against' because the situations are not comparable.

The Axios story Rich links talks about how the Biden impeachment effort is DOA bc of lack of evidence. So...a second Trump Admin will use DoJ to prosecute Biden. This is how authoritarianism unfolds in America.
