Dr Jordan B Peterson: You must do an interview with Roger Foley. Your worldwide audience would appreciate it and thank you for it. Roger is an awesome guy with a very powerful story to share. We could all learn from him. Barbara Kay

Please retweet (I rarely ask, but this is important). We need to raise awareness. MAiD has become a tool to marginalise the sick (📽️ watch 👇). Pure evil. Roger Foley

What is happening in Canada right now with beautiful but struggling people facing a system that devalues their lives is horrendous. I would like to have hope that other countries learn from it, but history has proven otherwise.

Amanda Achtman Many of my nurse colleagues have been forced out of management positions because they are conscious objectors and will not participate in killing their patients.

Stephanie m Amanda Achtman Treatment for pain and suffering at end of life is available. Good palliative care provides a peaceful natural pain-free death. People are given pain management but not with the intent to kill. I have seen more death and helped more dying patients than any layperson can imagine.

I Stand With Ukraine🇺🇦🇨🇦🦊 Amanda Achtman Forcing a person to choose between suffering and death is a form of torture. Relief of suffering is the duty of the health care team. A person should not be forced to choose to be put to death to avoid torture.

Peak individualism is people writing their own obituaries in first person with an announcement that they're being euthanized so they can leave the world "under [their] own terms." Obituary in today's National Post

Peace to Mr Berube and his loved ones, but a lot is happening in this unusual self-authored obituary. One is the only brief mention of cancer and *nothing* about 'intolerable suffering' as the reason for seeking #MAiD. The cited reason is to 'leave under my own terms'.

My heart breaks along with the entire Jewish community—and anyone who can still discern good and evil—at the news of Hamas executing six hostages. I am thinking especially of the Goldberg-Polin family, who have exhibited grace, strength, and moral clarity beyond description.

DwD pretends to be for choice but is attempting to force and compel every single institution in Canada to euthanize patients on site. Many patients want MAID-free spaces with docs and nurses who don't kill.

Great to tour the Samaritan's Purse Calgary office today. Surprised to learn the extent of Samaritan's Purse impact, especially through the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART). Thanks to Danielle and Katrina for showing me around Samaritans Purse CAN, and for all you do!

It’s infuriating that so few non disabled people are up in arms about coercive MAiD policies. Disabled patients are ending their lives because they can’t access the healthcare or social supports they need. Some HCWs are proactively RECOMMENDING euthanasia as an option to us 🧵

Vancouver Island is a picturesque place where many Canadians choose to retire. Unfortunately, it's also the euthanasia capital of the world where, in the latest period, 11.4% of all Island Health deaths were doctor/nurse-assisted suicides. Something is amiss... #bcpoli

If you allow #assistedsuicide for some who are suffering but not others, you create inequity and a hierarchy of suffering. If you approve suicide for anyone who suffers, you fatally undermine all suicide prevention. Where do you draw the line? I don't think you can.
