Thinking about that thread I wrote last night and I have thought about it a lot. The thing that some of you refer to as love is really just selfishness masked in companionship that suits only you. Most of what you people think is you giving love is centered on you.

Some people are born near the finish line, and some are born at the start. And then there are those born Nigerian, far away from the stadium.

I'm of the opinion that if you don't learn how to have hard conversations, your relationships will be lacking in depth. Certain things that should have been sorted out with one conversation will grow out of proportion because they aren't addressed and resentment will grow.

Don’t envy it though. Some of us leave a little too fast and it might also be a dysfunctional reaction which would mean that you’re unable to form strong lengthy relationships. So learn to give people chances and also learn when to dip. There must be balance in all things.
