Aidan Marsh had a big 1st place finish in shot put at regionals that qualified him through to states. This will be Aidan’s 3rd straight season competing in shot put at the state meet. (Freshman season was lost due to COVID)

Sophomore Evy Tavo is back at the state meet for the second time in as many tries. Her throw of 40.35m at regionals set a new SCHOOL RECORD.

Senior Marley Garrett set a new PR of 32.82m to improve upon her own school record and earn herself a spot at the state championship meet.

Kennen Ayala had a 3rd place finish at regionals to qualify through to states. His season best of 6.88m sits 3cm behind the school record of 6.91m. He’ll be looking to break that record at the state meet.

The girls 4x100m relay of Layla Martinez, Aniyah Kitt, Taylor Garves, and Becky Quezada earned themselves a spot at states with their time of 49.01 at regionals.

Junior Aniyah Kitt qualified for states in both the 100m and 200m. Her time of 23.71 in the 200m improved on her own school record.
