Our amazing dancers performed at the prestigious Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham City Centre yesterday and finished in a fantastic 10th place. Over 50 schools took part on the day. The “Band of Sisters” got the best Crowd Appeal score from the 3 judges ~ 28/30! ~ for any squad.

Today Year 3 enjoyed learning about Earth Day and what it stands for. We discussed the theme of Plastics and how harmful these can be for the environment. We spoke about ways we can make a change in our local area and about what others are doing. #Article24 #EarthDayEveryDay

In science, Year 2 have been learning about how plants can be grown from bulbs. They then used their new knowledge to write instructions for planting a range of plants that come from bulbs. #STEM #KS1 #article29

In nursery we have been busy writing our sounds.

Year 2 have worked with their partners to create a number line counting up in halves, thirds and quarters. It was great to see the children using their Voice 21 Oracy to discuss their reasoning. #maths #KS1 White Rose Education

Today nursery have been super busy. First, we voted what our favourite sandwich filler is. Then we created the sandwich by spreading our filler, then cutting our bread and of course eating it. Yum yum
