Let’s stop demonizing the term ‘spiral’ and start utilizing it as an intense way people release their feelings and emotions, especially after suppressing them for so long. It’s people letting go of what no longer serves them. That’s how I see it.

If your affirmations feel weird to you, this is something I started doing to make them more factual: I start with saying three things I know are true: 1. I know my name is ________ 2. I know the sky is blue 3. I know the grass is green Then I slip right into my affirmations.

I heard something today that stuck with me: stop telling people they’re wrong, because they’re actually right about what they’re talking about. . .in their own reality. If someone believes something about conscious creation, it’s correct in THEIR reality.

I’m right in my reality, you’re right in your reality. You being right in your reality, doesn’t make me wrong. Me being right in my reality, doesn’t make you wrong. There is no ‘right’ way to manifest. Thank you.
