The #1 skill to get good at in the age of AI is decision-making. In a world of infinite options, clarity and judgment are your sword and shield. You either fight with focus and ride the exponential curve; Or you stay distracted and converge to zero.

You measure your growth by your heroes. Many people I used to look up to, I unfollowed on social media. Many people I used to aspire to be, I now feel bad for. Once you realize all humans are flawed, even though some may have traits you admire, well, they become, human.

AI is underhyped. This isn't a trend that will go away anytime soon. This is a fundamental change in how humans perceive and experience life. This is the inflection point of humanity's exponential curve.

Writing is for thinking, not remembering. I take tons of notes but rarely revisit them. When I do, they feel obvious; because I’ve already processed and acted on them.

Textbooks are inefficient for solving specific problems. Humans learn best by asking questions, not reading cover to cover. Upload the PDF to ChatGPT and ask exactly what you need to know. 2-20% of the effort for 80-98% of the benefit.

I picked up Bill Belichicks book at the airport, just to realize the whole thing was written using AI. Worst part is that I didn't mind, it was well written. Wild times.

Every problem can be solved.

You can’t out-discipline your neurochemical state.

Your job is to find out the thing you're uniquely good at, then find out the people who appreciate that the most, then give them your best.

Only spend time where you are truly appreciated. If you can't find that, go create it.
