Having a great time exploring on our field trip this morning!

We have been taking good care of our plants, making sure they get lots of water and sun, and now they have all sprouted! It’s so exciting to watch them grow. #inquiryinkindergarten

The first two butterflies have emerged from their chrysalis!

Thank you SO much to Creekside Church for their incredibly generous donation of pizza for the entire school! And if that wasn’t nice enough, they also gave every teacher a $10 Starbucks gift card. Our Ss were so excited and grateful!

Today we said goodbye to our butterflies and let them fly off into the world. It has been a wonderful experience witnessing their transformation and learning so much along the way. One of our students said, “the chrysalis is like magic!” I couldn’t have said it better myself!

Our #efficacy trains are on display in the hallway. Our #HERO trait for the month of May led us to many conversations about believing in ourselves and celebrating our successes - on each train students thought about something they are good at and something they want to achieve!

Our students worked really hard on their plasticine art. We added lots of colours, details and texture. #weareartists
