Business Minister Ivan McKee MSP recently visited Alpha Solway's new manufacturing facility in Dumfries to see first-hand how the company is manufacturing personal protective equipment.

Excited to announce we've begun the production of meltblown polypropylene, the virus filtering material, at our new Dumfries factory. The onshore production of this critical filter layer will ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain of PPE from our multiple European sites.
