We used the World Bank Education’s RAPID framework to design our R2.1 billion #BackOnTrack programme to recover learning losses in the Western Cape.

President Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦 has recognised the value of our #BackOnTrack programme to improve learning outcomes and give our children a better future in the Western Cape!

Don't wait! Today is the last day for late online school admission applications in the Western Cape. The earlier we know how many learners are seeking placement, and where they are located, the better our planning will be to provide places for all learners.

Our second #BackOnTrack War Room is underway, with officials from across the province providing updates and feedback, and working together to resolve challenges as we move through the programme to reverse learning losses in the Western Cape.
