Alumni Tony Butticci &family found Pimisi Station(Ottawa) &spotted the Algonquin art installation Màmawi (meaning Together). Our very own Ms.Green has her paddle as part of the canoe; she is our teacher&shares her Algonquin heritage through art&education.

Sep30 AHSS marked National Day of Truth&Reconciliation by creating a collective thumbprint tree, we shared a smudge, stories&lessons surrounded by the fall leaves. Like autumn leaves remind us change can be beautiful. At AHSS we work each day towards change as we learn the truth.
