When you go to war for good reason, like saving someone important to you who can’t defend themselves, and you’re unwilling to sacrifice your values and character, when your adversary will, it can’t feel defeating. When you win regardless of their lying, cheating, criminal

We don’t often get to see the “bad guy” pay the price for their crimes, But when we do, you feel faith in the balance of the universe 😃

Plant proteins are incomplete. They need to be combined to form the essential aminos. Legumes alone won’t do this. The biggest problem with ingesting only plant proteins is that you’ll have to overeat carbs in order to get enough essential aminos to form the rest of the protein

It’s pretty easy to stay in the class into which you were born. Moving up a class from the one you were born into to the next level requires a massive, continuous effort over time. The higher you desire to go, the more that takes. You’re not behind, you’re surging ahead.

Your pilates instructor charges $150/hr x 3= $450/wk or roughly $2K/mo. Same for your personal trainer. That's a lot, so you opt for the group experience at $50/session for $150/wk or roughly $650/mo. Your nutritionist charges $500/mo. Your therapist charges $200/hr x

Just because someone can step on stage, doesn’t mean they are good at training. Just saw a video of a woman I know, training some clients as a way to advertise that he’s staking new clients, and she’s …. Let’s just say…. Not good at training. Being a competitor does NOT

I started in my professional career training in 1995. Took about 10 years to get really good. Trained for competition in 1998. Competed for the first time 2022. During registration on August 1st (11 days ago) some other competitors asked me how long I’ve been “doing this”. I
