The new regional authority represents a concerted effort to increase coordination and collaboration of our planning, resources and service delivery countywide to achieve a more efficient and effective response to the needs in our community.

Novel #coronavirus (#COVID19) is a new virus strain that emerged in December 2019. The first case in Washington State was ID'ed Jan. 21 and the first case in King County was ID'ed Feb. 28. To date, there are 14 total cases in King County, and we expect additional cases.
