In today's fast-paced world it is sometimes necessary to slow down a bit. Do not be in such a rush to reach your destination that you neglect to enjoy your journey (where the true beauty of life really is).

There will always be naysayers out there. Do as I did; turn their negativity into fuel that drives you to prove them wrong.

When we hold on to grudges of those who have wronged us, we are only hurting ourselves. Don't just bury the hatchet, forget where you buried it as well.

Just like a computer, we can reprogram our mind to rid our thoughts of scarcity and turn them into thoughts of abundance. #MondayMotivation

No need to confuse yourself nor confuse others. Stay firm with what you feel in your heart; do not say yes when you really mean no and vice versa.

Never let anyone (including your own thoughts) convince you that your vision and dreams are too big. Sometimes stepping into the unknown is the best step we ever take.

Always say what you mean and do what you say.

Valuable lessons are learned from the people around us (parents, teachers, friends, etc), but be careful because sometimes negative values are carried along with the positive.

Trying to please everyone is a battle that will never be won. It is not realistic to expect that everyone will always approve of you. Be confident in who you are, and know that the most important approval you ever need is your own. #MondayMotivation

If we keep resenting our hardships, we allow them to have power over us. Once we realize that even hardships provide blessings, we are now the ones who become empowered.

We have the potential to create anything we want out of our lives, but too often our actions are driven by outside influences that do not benefit us. Fill your mind with your own positive thoughts so that there is no room left for the limiting beliefs that others try to feed us.

There is no limit to our thoughts. The greater we think, the greater our outcome.

Often times the best solution is not the most complicated one.

Happiness is not based on our surroundings, it is based on our attitude. With inner peace we find happiness wherever we are. #MotivationMonday

Just because "statistics" may not be in our favor, does not mean that we are not capable of creating our own statistic.

Our thoughts are our filters of how we view the world.

As I always say, "Positive thoughts; positive results. Negative thoughts; negative results." If we have the power of creating both, why not focus on creating a life of happiness and success with our thoughts?
