‘Requesting the claims team to contact me with an update’ or ‘emailing my complaints handler’ is unlikely to help Hastings Direct. This has been the action for nearly 6/52 and still no progress. Is this really ‘all you can offer me’? Maybe Tobias van der Meer could reply to my email?

Just wondered if there was a problem with the website at the moment with setting up a funding raising page? JustGiving I’ve tried last night and today on numerous occasions but keep getting an error message at the end when it is near to completion. thank you.
