Absolutely insane that only five minutes were added on considering between the 55th and 65th minute alone there was about 8 minutes of time wasting from Boca Juniors.

On the one hand, I was impressed by Boca Juniors for their intensity and aggression. They were really up for it, as were their fans. On the other hand, their time wasting was beyond excessive, and their aggression spilled over into something barely resembling football at times.

Has it been repaired yet?

Devastating, incomprehensible. Married just a few days ago with three small children and a whole future ahead of him, Diogo Jota has passed away at the age of 28, alongside his younger brother André Silva, who played for Penafiel and was just 25. Far too young, far too sad.

Portugal are about to get their Women's Euro 2025 campaign underway, and it's sure to be an incredibly emotional match, overshadowed by the truly tragic passing of Diogo Jota. A great footballer, a great person, a great supporter of the women's game.

Liverpool confirm that the number 20 shirt will be retired in honour of Diogo Jota, the small guy from Gondomar who lived his dream and found an abundance of success, on and off the pitch.

A heartbreaking minute of silence for João Cancelo and Ruben Neves who are inconsolable as tribute is paid to the great Diogo Jota. It's still so raw, impossible to understand.

A beautiful tribute for Diogo Jota from his club side Liverpool here. A painful viewing in many ways, but a wonderful insight into his mentality and personality, and the brilliant guy as well as footballer that he was.
