Far too many people across our towns and villages struggle to access an NHS dentist. Labour are committed to getting NHS dentistry back on track, and today I met with BDA in Parliament to discuss how we can improve access to NHS dentists.

The previous Ofsted framework simply wasn't working for families or schools. On SEND, it failed to properly hold schools to account on their approach to inclusion. Today, I asked Ministers to ensure we use this reset to ensure Ofsted plays its part in improving SEND provision.

Tomorrow I’m hosting a Westminster debate on SEND provision in Herts and Central Beds. I've been blown away by the moving testimonies so many of you have shared in the run up to the debate. Tomorrow, we’ll be sharing them with the Minister to highlight the need for change.

High street businesses like Roses Café in Shefford and Jamie’s Repair Shop in Hitchin bring so much joy to our constituency. Unfortunately though too many businesses have felt the squeeze in recent years. I support Labour’s plans to revitalise our high streets.
