Hey Yoast, love your plugin! I use DigitalOcean Managed Databases and all new tables are required to have primary keys defined. I found that the table yoast_seo_meta does not have a primary key defined. It does have object_id as a unique key. Is it possible to make that primary?

Hey Ninja Forms, love your plugin! I use DigitalOcean Managed Databases and all new tables are required to have primary keys defined. There are 10 Ninja Forms tables with no primary key but all unique ID. Could ID be changed to primary instead? Otherwise it won't install :(
