...the first report in the series, unpacked what it is about health care that makes the likely impact of technology on work different from that in many other sectors, and sets out an analytical framework to navigate this shifting landscape... health.org.uk/publications/l…

...the second report spotlights the views of over 500 clinicians and care staff across eight royal colleges and professional bodies, about which technologies might help the NHS boost productivity and release time for care... health.org.uk/publications/l…

..the final report asks the same group how they would actually use freed up time, challenges the assumption that it would translate into the same time for patient care, and shows it could be used in other ways that contribute to NHS productivity... health.org.uk/publications/l…

...the work highlights that through engaging with staff perspectives and expertise, policymakers, providers and tech industry can be better equipped to implement technology that could make a real difference to productivity, quality, patient experience, and staff working lives.

When you're 9 months' pregnant and using your precious mat leave to pursue ADT UK abt a complaint ongoing since January and a credit note you were told would be paid to you in March that never arrived. Really shocked by level of customer service.

Election day with a newborn is interesting...took half the day to break through the cluster feeds and find a window to vote...now pumped for a sleepless night when others will be up too!

As my time at QMUL English & Drama comes to an end in August, I've put together a new website that brings together my range of skills and experience across different sectors. I'm not sure what the next step is yet but excited about the possibilities. clarestainthorp.wordpress.com
