Anyone who watched the horrific #panorama documentary may be interested in the challenges impacting mental health nurse education. The problems in that hospital ran deeper than education, but generic education will certainly not help in the future.

The government has recommended a pay rise of no more than 3.5% for NHS nurses in England next year. Ministers said pay awards must be kept low to battle inflation and that 3.5% is fair. What do you think? rcni.com/nursing-standa…
