If we wait for the government it won’t happen Kirstie. It can be fixed without them. All they should do is enforce existing regulations. Transaction times and volumes are the biggest problem and these can be fixed without government. We just need transparency.

No… but there bloody should have been! And some of us did mutter about it at the time. Then again, we muttered about IR35 and the end of DB pensions and QE and Covid lockdowns and more QE and no one seemed to give a f*ck 🤷🏼‍♂️ Maybe this is the straw that breaks the 🐪’s back? Nah!

Is it odd that in the yr since Labour won the election and made their 1.5M 🏡 in 5yrs pledge, our 4 biggest 🏡 builders, responsible for 56K 🏡 out of 204K (27.5%) in ‘22, who might get to build >40K a yr more… have lost between 9.5% and 48% from their share price? 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️
