Im really trying to be positive for everyone I know but also my own mental health but if everything financially keeps working against us & our guests we are fucked as a business & there is no future. I get economics but it’s impossible to run food businesses now.

A third of hospitality firms at risk of failure as inflation hits - energy costs, food and labour shortages/wage rates spiral. Urgently needs govt action otherwise 3 of PMs 5 economic priorities won’t be met
