When brainstorming within a group setting, it allows every member to feel involved & that is very important in order to get the most out of group work. It also allows a wide variety of ideas because everyone has different experiences and ways of thinking. #MWSUCOM

Formal Group Roles are assigned naturally or by group choice. In many situations, I would say that I naturally become a leader of the group if it is something that I’m knowledgeable in, but in other instances I become an information gatherer which is okay too. #mwsucom

Leadership can come from one or more members within a group, and it has to do with the behavior and actions used to influence the group to achieve a goal or accomplish a task. Some people lead by example, and others by using their words, but the best leaders use both. #mwsucom
