Further proof that the women of Sunderland were and are bad ass. Very proud that our new venue will have this slapped on its wall.

Three years ago I was going into hospital to have my little boy, Reuben - feels surreal now to be in Oxford with him, having presented my first paper at #BSECS2023! Thanks Ed Hardiman and @drlaurakirkley, and to everybody who listened. @FranKilloran we missed you ❤️

Only just sinking in that I'm officially Dr Collinson! Passed my Viva on Thursday, with no corrections. So grateful to my amazing supervisors, @drlaurakirkley and Kate Chedgzoy ❤️ Many thanks to James Harriman-Smith and @jenniebatchelor for such an enjoyable and helpful discussion!

Graduated last week, accompanied by my little brainchild! Eight months pregnant when I completed my MLitt, and now a PhD grad with a four year old. Wouldn't have traded the chaos for anything ❤️
