With most of the grad students still in Europe after the conference - the undergrad research team, Dr Gamble and I escaped the lab this afternoon for some long overdue fun (or "field research" I suppose)

A little overdue, but I am super excited to say that my undergraduate thesis project has officially been published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology! I couldn’t have done it without the continuous support from my lab mates and supervisor. link.springer.com/article/10.100…

I am blown away by these 10 incredible women that underwent a 6 day ultramarathon, surpassing their own goals and breaking world records! Beyond grateful to be apart of this incredible team of scientists collecting some wicked physiology data. #lululemonFURTHER

Excited about our latest BFR study led by Chris Pignanelli. We explored how BFR during exercise affects recovery and PLFFD compared to regular exercise. Results show BFR does not hinder neuromuscular recovery within 24 hours or increase PLFFD. physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1113/EP…
