BREAKING: Newark air traffic approach control experienced ANOTHER OUTAGE overnight, the latest in a string of ATC meltdowns. The 90-second outage just before 4 a.m. included the loss of radar coverage, a source tells me. A separate source says the facility lost radar AND radio.
