I find it so disturbing that applicants are concerned about not having publications when applying to graduate school and that some schools weigh this criteria heavily. This inadvertently penalizes talented scientists from circumstances that don’t align with publishing.

So happy that there are so many cool activities at the #Behaviour2023! k and I went yesterday for a nightly walk at the Tierpark Bielefeld and had sooooo much fun 😍 We even got to feed some of the animals, including the raccoons 😍🦝 Thank you for this Behaviour 2023
