Younger catchers looking to improve your game…you’re going to see 90-120 pitches/game. The overwhelming # of those…you’re job is to catch them (in the air). The other 5-15% you’ll need to block more than you throw. Train accordingly - but be REALLY GOOD at the catching part!!
