Haven’t been able to run for a couple of months as 2023 has been punishing. It was slow, it was ugly & I was wishing for mercy after 2km. A man walking his German Shepherd overtook me 😂 In all seriousness, running is a joy & a privilege & I’m happy to find space to be “back” ❤️

Today, my precious girl cut over 30cm of her golden locks for wigs for kids cancer charity. To say I am proud of raising such a socially conscious and community focused young lady is an understatement ❤️
