Finally got my paper on state income taxes accepted! Key finding: post-WWII adoptions of the income tax increased revenue per capita but had no impact on the absolute level of revenue in the long term, due to outmigration. aeaweb.org/articles?id=10…

I'm ecstatic that my paper on cleaning up the Great Lakes is finally out, after all these years. I'm so grateful that I got to work on this project with Robyn Meeks and Michael Moore. Great coauthors make all the difference, and these two have taught me so much!
