ChatGPT 4 is well known to be very “clever” AI. 1st ECG is Atrial tachycardia and ChatGPT thought it is AF. 2nd ECG is reveals pre-excitation and ChatGPT read it as LBBB.

Further to recent post about the unreliability of ChatGPT-4 reading ECGs, it is also unreliable at CXR, Cardiac CT, & coronary angiogram. I’m confident it won’t replace human in the next 5-10 years. With dedicated algorithms, we can train it to better assist us. Views welcomed.
