Someone asked me an earnest question about vaccinating kids for covid. I told them that pediatrics are outside of my area of expertise and that I turn to trusted pediatricians for guidance on children's health. I don't need to have a professional opinion on everything.

We should start stratifying diagnostic methods in COVID-19 as we do in medications. Immunocompromise, LTCHs, > 65 pts or, a nosocomial outbreak in high setting wards. It won't be acceptable to wait for the rapid tests to turn positive as these patients can dip quickly.
