At Clapham Junction with 4 officials.. lift to Brighton platform is kaput.Southern say they can’t put me in cab to East Croydon even tho they promised they would.SW Rail say they’ll put me on a train to Victoria to come back through Clapham . This gets worse. RETWEET PLEASE

Now I’m at Victoria…South Western won’t put me on the train to Brighton cos it’s just leaving. Oh, and the next one’s cancelled…And the journey from Brighton to Twickenham this morning went like clockwork !Nothing compared to Ukraine I know …but it still hurts

Arriving at Brighton at 01245 the welcome sight of a man with a ramp to get me off the train and a sign on the station noticeboard saying the bus I needed would arrive in 4 minutes.Which it promised every minute till 0100 when it shut down.Long windy cold wheel home. Bed by 0200.

Returning after England game at Twickenham.. two faultless journeys . At last. Hats off to Disability Assistance from James (switchboard) and all train staff there and back. Brilliant. This is how it could be, should be..for every disabled passenger, every time..Please retweet
