The House just passed the operating budget 21-19 on caucus lines. The CBR draw failed 21-19 on the same lines. It needed 30 votes to pass. The effective date clause also failed 25-15. It needed 27 votes to pass. Very loose. The final vote will be on the conference report. #akleg
