3 days ago we wrote to Ed Carlisle and Penny Stables to ask if they would be accepting Cllr Ali into their group and to explain if they support his views and why they thought he was an appropriate candidate to be Deputy Mayor of West Yorkshire in charge of policing. No response yet

This afternoon I wrote to the new Leader of Leeds Green Party Penny Stables to ask if her first act will be to suspend their new member for Gipton & Harehills or if she supports views like the attached. Her silence has been deafening since we first wrote to her on Saturday.
