We rescued a black bear boar (male) from a storm drain Thursday in the Ivywild area of CoS. City of Colorado Springs Public Works brought the key, our team opened the cover, the bear departed and climbed a nearby tree. Bears typically stay in trees until darkness when they feel safe to leave.
