Very disappointed by IGNOU applied for OPENMAT XLVII entrance exam in june 2020 no further communication, no reply, helpline number are not working

1/3 Really disappointed with HDFC Bank for holding my account just because a welcome letter wasn’t delivered. Despite personally visiting the branch, I still can’t access my own money in an emergency.

2/3 Been a loyal Axis Bank customer for 5 years and have never faced such issues. This experience with HDFC Bank is incredibly frustrating.

3/3 Customer service should prioritize accessibility, especially in urgent situations. Really expected better from HDFC Bank.
