An epic 18k run up to 2500m high on the border of Switzerland and Italy - that's a way to finish the best trip to the Alps. 🫶

Grit, gravel and biscoff! Took on the Glorious Gravel 90k with 1500m +D today - some rough trails out there but the waffles and biscoff sauce made it all worth it! #gravelgrinding

Does anyone else think ultra cycling is getting a bit too extreme? People being lauded for riding over 1000km in 3 days with a total of only 8 hours of rest throughout - what on earth is this doing to people's bodies? Impressive, but long term consequences might not be ideal...

Legs feeling surprisingly ok after running the Maverick 50k ultramarathon at the weekend - 1200m of climbing was spicy. Oh, and it rained nearly all day! But got it done 💪🏼🥴

What do you do 6 days after running an ultra? Go on a 230k gravel bikepacking adventure around Suffolk, of course! 💙
