In a paper with Engin Kara, we use both microdata underlying UK CPI and multi-sector model to show how higher uncertainty can keep sticky infl higher even wen flexible infl falls. This is consistent with higher profits. As unc falls, infl returns to trend. cesifo.org/DocDL/cesifo1_…
