Jan Hansel The ONLY way of dealing with this is to send a united letter of rebuttal to say that there will be no rota, there will be no prescribing for PAs, there will be no requesting ionising radiation for PAs. The BMA should publicly issue GMP advice saying the same. Then stick to it.

This evening’s run wasn’t the fastest (and a reasonable distance for me on a week night) but I enjoyed it the most in a while. Felt like yesterday off (although cardio digging the garden!) paid its dividends. The weather suited me but I got a fair few bramble and nettle attacks!
