No cycling today but checked out a great selection of bikes through the ages at the Streetlife Museum. Hats off to Hull Museums for their fantastic (and free) Museums Quarter!

Tipple in the tipi and tapas for tea. Next stop the cinema (as Freaky Friday was a staple of Child 2’s growing up years, only right we go to see the sequel!)

Cycled to Spurn on Saturday, back today but bigger wheels were involved! A trip over the sand in the Unimog to Spurn Point. Brilliant day!

Did it! Up to the top of the lighthouse to see the view #SpurnPoint

Final photo round up of a great day at Spurn Point. Road was washed away over a decade ago, so it was over the sand in the Unimog instead. Up the lighthouse, seal spotting, old military defences, sea views and sunshine. Highly recommend!

A day of four parts - biking, brunch (at the lovely Tiffin & Co), visit to Burton Agnes Hall, Gardens & Jazz & Blues Festival with mum and beach walking. Friday put to good use!

Wasn’t in the plan last night #breakdown

Missed the early ride to Bolton Abbey with the girls (needed a lie in after last night’s breakdown shenanigans). But at least I had sole possession of the spin studio and some mountain views as an alternative! 🚴‍♀️

Happy birthday Child 2 - spending it somewhere at sea today, celebrating in Mexico tomorrow!

Grandma duty this morning, tackling the overgrown garden this afternoon - which means riding was relegated to this evening. But what a beautiful evening it is! 🚴‍♀️
